Dad, why did I kill my son?
...
Son, why did you kill me?
...
Did I? Am I not here talking to you?
Dad, why do I die?
...
Son...
I gave you life, so be it.
Can you die without been born?
I gave you life, remember that?
...
Dad, why did you kill Senna?
...
Son...
I've told you... Do not adore anything, anyone, nothing, but me.
...
Dad... you're so selfish...
...
Son, I'm proud of what I've done. You're…

Busy day and I got to finish my book too! I got a lot of seeds planted and other general gardening tasks, and the laundry is almost done- now to just clean up the house and pack and I'm ready for our trip to California tomorrow! I'm not taking my computer, I'm welcoming a break in my classes and taking a break from the computer as well!)
To the book- The World Is As You Dream It- Teachings from the Amazon and Andes by John Perkins. Another excellent read and it goes hand and hand as…

Peace is possible as it begins in our hearts and minds that God gave us. We use our unique gifts and multiple intelligences as we seek and recognize the opportunities to promote peace. A tiny pebble in the lake. Soon we will really make waves of recurrent peace! For now, for our children, grandchildren and for theirs.
In peace, Judy

What is the Zen master talking about?
by Stewart W. Holmes
ETC: A Review of General Semantics
Vol. 50 Issue 2 Summer.1993
Pp.157%164
Intend in the following to make sense of Zen non_sense. Fundamental Zen
terms like "naturalness" and "emptiness" and "nothingness" are used in
disregard of the COIK principle: Clear Only If Known. For example, Shunryu
Suzuki, a Zen master, said, "It is absolutely…

4:16am, blues round my face,
embraced by pain of mourning,
and i'm not quite sure
what to say,
peace,
where are you?
what have you done before me?
so many lives lost in Burma,
so many that we just can't see,
enslaved by their government,
lost,
over 3,300 villages,
burnt to the ground,
the child soldiers, 70,000,
recruited bullied in by age 9,
no way to be,
no way to be,
Burma you've lost your charm,
why…

I just finished reading a Handbook for a New Paradigm and found it an excellent read. It gives many ideas for shifting our consciousness and our experience here on earth, it also lead me to many deeper thoughts and awarenesses. It says that we must remember our personal responsibility perhaps with more focus on personal than responsible, that we need to honor free will and to remember the four basic laws of the universe: the law of attraction (this is not in a get rich (dollars) kind of way,…

May the Lord of Love protect us.
May The Lord of Love nourish us.
May the lord of love strengthen us.
May we realize the Lord of Love.
May we live with love for all.
May we live in peace with all.

From Facilitator of The Work, Kondwani, in Africa: (Taken from byronkatie.com)
The whole of last week I was doing the work with women in Malawi. Stella, in the green golf shirt has been inviting friends to read The Little Book and telling them what The Work is all about. I facilitated two women last week and they are free from their problem. One of them was abandoned by her husband 16 months ago. She is left with baby twins, about 8 months each. She was married some three…

Dearest Katie,
About two years ago I read Loving What Is and began my Work journey, this never ending internal life. After listening to the audio of the book, and subsequent audios, I sent you a letter, which ended up on the Parlor. I had quoted a section of the book, which I just could not at all understand at the time. That part about "When you get it, they'll get it. That's the law! It must be so" "They will follow."…

"I do everything possible to end the war where I am internally, and the war around me ends immediately. Bigger things happen as a result of this—huge things. The troops in Iraq, just like all of us in the world (there is no them and us in this scenario), only have the power to do everything possible to end the war where they are. The way we end wars on this planet, our “defenses,” exactly mirror how we (the bad guy) start or create the war. This keeps us stuck and perpetually…

I was a participant at the last School ( The School for The Work of Byron Katie) and am still full of gratitude for this great experience. I have invested a lot in my process of personal growth and spiritual development up to now, but what you gave me in the School certainly made it the best and most effective thing I have ever done. I got exactly the right tools for the rest of my life and I have the option now to explore to the depths the question “Who am I without my story?” and to find…

Between April and June 1994, an estimated 800,000 Rwandans were killed within a 100 days. It was a genocide of Tutsis perpetrated by the Hutus.
We have received several letters and emails from you, our dear readers, asking us to explain more about Rwanda, and how The Work can be used to help Rwandans.
The five Rwandans came to The School of The Work saying they were Tutsis, but just before the end of School one of them admitted to all of us that he was a Hutu and expressed…

Dear friends,
It is nighttime in Tel Aviv. In the last three days I have immersed myself in The Work here in Israel by attending all of Katie’s events. They were so impressive for me, and for everyone I have spoken with, to come face to face with someone who has taken total responsibility for her own thinking and to see how the whole world is changed as a result.
The events were so sweet and smooth. You couldn’t even tell that 1,200 people each day were in the hall; you…

It was a night like any other night—except it wasn’t and I knew it wasn’t—because I was greatly anticipating an event that was about to take place at the university. It was an evening designed especially for Arabs and Jews by Byron Katie, and all day long I felt I was thinking about it and wondering who the heck is going to show up, because on that same night Pink Floyd were getting back together again to play a concert for peace in Israel, and anyone who was even remotely interested in coming…

I was all ready to attend the rally with
Tim DeChristopher yesterday, but work got crazy and I couldn't leave. Tim is the University of Utah student who disrupted the sale of BLM land via auction for the purpose of drilling for oil by bidding on parcles of land himself without intending to pay for them. The disruption caused the shut down of the auction. Tim faces up to 10 years in prison and fines in excess of $700,000.

In a world where all physical features change over time, complex events occur within the biosphere creating natural phenomena such as: volcanic activity, sustained meteor collisions, disposition of landmasses, drastic climate changes, volatile weather patterns, and consequential results from organisms inhabiting it – to include but not limited to. The very reason for this is via the evolution of the biosphere itself. Through the Cambrian explosion to the Teritiary age, living organisms evolved…
