have you realised the self?
No one can realize the self. And what self would that be? No one exists or can exist to realize the self without defining the self that it realized, or the self that has realized the “it” that it believes itself to be. The I-know mind that would say, “Yes, I have realized the self” is in that moment stuck in its limitedness yet again.
Look at these statements, angel, look closely, be with them in… Continue

I have been watching the two candidates telling the American people about how they are more qualified than the other. I know they are both telling lies. And that makes me angry.
What happened to the truth?
How do you decide? How can you tell if what they're saying is true? The media isn't much help either. They seem biased.
I'm so sick of this charade, I'm thinking about not voting at all. What can I do to clear my mind? How can I use The… Continue

Yeah...generally its a matter of vibes. A matter of frequencies. The energies of peace carry peaceful ideas. The energies of fear carry fearful ideas. But a fearful vibe can be transformed into peace by simply introducing a Loving thought. There's a proverb in the bible that goes... 'One shall chase a thousand...two shall put ten thousand to flight'. Its like the power of one good thought can chase a thousand 'so called bad' thoughts. But two can put Ten thousand to flight. Or two people with… Continue

This is an arrticle I love and filed away. My previous blog reminded me about it (might be the other way round - karmic cause and effect) and I thought I take it out to share. Hope it mean something to you.
A Story to Live By (By Ann Wells – Los Angeles Times
My brother-in-law opened the bottom drawer of my sister’s bureau and lifted out a tissue-wrapped package.
“This,” he said, “is not a slip. This is lingerie.”
He discarded the tissue and… Continue

Dear friends, sister and Mother-in-law,
I received this and it is very unlike me to do chain mail. But, I see that this is a different kind of chain letter. It is one that push us in a corner to think hard about those who really did touched our life (That is if you don't cheat on it), or those we care about. If not, at least it is a very beautiful blessing for us to share with people we love, people we resonate with.
I want to take this chance to tell you all that you… Continue

"Our shrinking "global village" is evolving into a multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-religious society. Indeed, we are witnessing the emergence of a global consciousness - an increasing number of people are coming to see themselves as members of one family in an interdependent universe. So it is an idea whose time has come to have a World Unity Day. Congratulation for coming with this noble initiative. Let us also focus on Golden Rule as one practical way for a better… Continue

So many words of confusing meanings coagulating to become one
Exasperating even the strongest of lungs
A triathlete gasps for air; An olympian swimmer out of breath; Air looking for air
Listen to the echos as it fills the void of the open air gasping for air
Words become language; Language become mutterings
Mutterings don't make… Continue

My eyes are open shut
Seeing reality without meaning
Following life as it goes streaming
Carried off to distant unknown lands
Oblivious to what is happening
I feel the rise and fall of my breath
My focus centered to that life-bearing rhythm
Eyes open sewn shut while I stand
Noticing me standing I'm not with the stream
I'm free from this social trance
Finally making my first real steps
I gather everyone around me while I… Continue

"The thing about the guru in the West is that he represents an alien principle, namely, that you don’t follow your own path, you follow a given path. And that’s totally contrary to the Western spirit! Our spirituality is of the individual quest, individual realization--authenticity in your own life out of your own center. "
As someone who has chosen to have a "Guru" for almost 40 years of my life, this statement by Joseph Cambell, the great educator and author of The Power of Myth is… Continue

Dad, why did I kill my son?
Son, why did you kill me?
Did I? Am I not here talking to you?
Dad, why do I die?
I gave you life, so be it.
Can you die without been born?
I gave you life, remember that?
Dad, why did you kill Senna?
I've told you... Do not adore anything, anyone, nothing, but me.
Dad... you're so selfish...
Son, I'm proud of what I've done. You're… Continue
