y no titubear

This video was shot mostly in NYC (Astoria, Queens). A place on earth where members from all races, colors & creeds have managed to live together in beautiful peace. I lived there for 8 years and while there learned how unimportant it is to agree with those whose beliefs are different. The need to agree is selfish and narrow minded. Accepting those with opposing beliefs is the sign that what we believe is healthy.
I started this song, "ON OUR WAY BACK HOME" in 2001 shortly… Continue

In the interest of peace and understanding our world and current events, I suggest that EVERYONE reads these books. There is the original edition (1995) and the new edition (2007). Loewen is an avid historian and reviewer of history textbooks. His notes and sources are impeccable in providing verifications and understanding. I discovered his books by accident (via a source in another history book) and since then I've learned Loewen and his books have a huge following. I would like to connect… Continue
Hello, I am a person who works to promote peace in any small way I can and I strongly believe that all of us must first work to understand others, not judge them. Compassion and empathy go a long way towards peace. Try a small gesture of peace and empathy everyday and notice the change it brings about, almost… Continue

Today we are all Palestinians
Today we all live in the Gaza Strip
The bombs that rip the very soul
Denied us for so long,
And now...
Gone
But for the memories...
This is an invitation to you all to check out my designs Stars4Peace, in my photo section...
This is the only geometrically correct done version of our 50 Stars in the Peace symbol configuration, and also done to gov. spec and gov. scale they are done on a blue field with and without text added as well as on our stars and stripes with and without text added....

In every moment and with each breath we take we have choice. We can witness the beauty, grandness and perfection that always surround us, or we can identify with a perception that somehow things are not as they should be. Either way, we get to make the distinction personally. Such…
Of all the mistakes you could possibly make on January 1st, there's one that stands head-and-shoulders above the rest.
Make this one single mistake, and this one mistake alone, come January 1st, and you can pretty much "write-off" the rest of the year.
"Why should there be hunger and deprivation in any land, in any city, at any table, when man has the resources and the scientific know-how to provide all mankind with the basic necessities of life?" ~Martin Luther King, Jr.
