MyPeace.TV Update! 1-15-08

Dear MyPeace.TV Community,

We are now over 1100 members strong, and we thank each of you for helping us continue to grow! We also want to thank those of you who have been forming and joining groups for the peace projects you're passionate about. Among those groups are:

*The World Flag Group, which was started to unite people from different parts of the world, and to help introduce the World Flag; a unifying symbol of Global Oneness.

*The Interfaith Unity Group, which was created to bring people of all faiths and belief systems together. With close to 200 members, this group is setting a great example!

* The"Weeks for the Animals" Group, which was started to help spread the word about events happening to celebrate Animals.

Our featured video of the moment is "Playing Basketball for Peace", which is about a wonderful program bringing Israeli and Arab children together through Sports. We encourage you to check it out and pass it along!

Last but not least, if you haven't yet learned about or voted for the idea to establish a U,S. Department of Peace, then now is the time. Voting at change.org ends at 5pm today, and the idea for a D.O.P is now in 2nd place! The top 10 ideas will be presented to the Obama administration. :)
