Lack of Understanding on what public option healthcare reform means that the insurance propaganda being articulated by IQ Challenged Republicans and few bluedog Democrats is finding an audience. Fact: PacificCare (california insurance company) denies 1 in 5 insurance claims. This practice of wrongfully denying claims is a primary reason why almost 2000 people daily file for bankruptcy listing unpaid medical bills. 75% of people (1500) had insurance but inadequate coverage. Not putting as stop to this is a social injustice is a problem created by lack of insurance industry regulation. please review these videos!

Progressives tend to understand this stuff, but many conservatives won't trust such logic, especially in the abstract, which is how most Dems have been communicating. But Weiner, aware that if you can't visualize something it ain't going to stick, argued with a specific, familiar visual--that of a successful, supercapitalist, and, as Mika might say, "real American" company. And suddenly, as the mote dropped from the MJ crew's eyes, Weiner went from "scaring American citizens," in Joe's words, to instant celeb.
