This advanced demonstration shows how to come from the shoulderstand to the half-lotus plow, and then to the half-lotus bridge and back to shoulderstand. A challenging sequence for people who already have a strong yoga practice and a comfortable lotus or half-lotus posture. Please warm up first and be careful of your knees when doing this sequence.
