I wanted you to know that we might have a chance of getting the TOPS program on the US agenda - this is possible - it is a popularity contest - it does not measure the quality of an idea. (we wish it did)

I trust you can recommend to your network that this be voted on!! Be proactive please!

It is time - I trust you recall that the Global Transaction Tax as it has been formulated is against US law - the TOPS program will circumvent that law. check with Boutros Boutros Ghalli if you are not clear on this.

I'm not sure if you've heard but this is a movement of citizens inspired by the presidential campaign who are now submitting ideas for how they think the Obama Administration should change America. This is the idea that was endorsed by world leaders at the Inaugural meeting of the Foundation for a Culture of Peace in Madrid December 12 2000 8 years ago today and never funded - now is an opportunity to make real change happen.
