The Last Surrender (Poetry)

Leaves falling among the foliage laying on the ground, innocent and dying
Death, being of this physical form, has not held back nature to progress
Energy transfers from the leaves back into mother Earth.
Earth unifying and balancing out nature's prowess

Humanity, being part of nature, lost in humanity
Forgetting to see the very essence of life
Hidden deep in many defocusing activities, socially driven
Until a grand unifying event causes humanity to live together in strife

Spiritual well being of humanity is chosen to be left out from reality
A handful of humanity's population understands and chooses to submit to it
Carefully walking a tight rope of sanity creating a false image of the true self
Where the true self is our spirits, woven, and carefully knit

The power of one is strong enough to carry individualistic endeavors
But the power of humanity, as a whole, can accomplish all thoughts described in dreams
Nature has given humanity the choice to understand and consciously submit to it
Until then, the true power of humanity is left to the superpowers of humanity's esteem

A team of individuals with individualistic ideals
Where the world is blind to see the very truth of life itself
Open your eyes, humanity, and seize our power
No money, no possessions, but humanity is the true meaning of wealth

It is the the last surrender of humanity to accept
Nonacceptance denies that of which is truly real
Where most want to forget the true reality
Its humanity, itself, that must learn to play the cards it deals
