MyPeace.TV Update! 12-10-08

Dear MyPeace.TV Community,

We're now up to about 780 members and we gratefully welcome the 70-80 new members who have joined us in the past week! MyPeace.TV is full of artists, writers, film makers, musicians, photographers and soo much more. Many of you have been spreading the word because you resonate with our mission of bringing Millions of People together to Co-create Peace through Media. Thank you! With that in mind, here are some ideas to help us all continue to spread the word about MyPeace.TV:

*Write blogs about our movement on other websites.

*Display http://MyPeace.TV on your Facebook or MySpace status and ask people to join you.

*Post bulletins on other sites about what we're doing.

*Use our invite tool to invite everyone in your address book.

*If you're on Facebook, help us promote the site through our Group.

We also want to give special mention to the InterFaith Unity Group, which was started for People of all faiths and belief systems to Unify and Create Understanding. Almost 90 of you have joined this group and we're setting a beautiful example for the world!

Lastly, we want to encourage all of you to learn about the Campaign to establish a U.S. Department of Peace, which would work to address and heal the root causes of extreme violence.

If you like the idea of a Department of Peace, go to Change.org and VOTE.

Right now It's #1 out of 2,500 ideas and Change.org is going to present the top 10 ideas to President Obama! A big thank you to one of our members, Ana Campos, for letting us know about this contest. :)

As you can see, the peace movement as a whole is gaining much momentum. Let's continue to unify, and explore our greatest potential for inner, outer, individual and Global Peace!
