You sure are right! Thank you for posting this and spreading the important word.

I resisted the "easy way" and reheated my beverage on the stove, thanks to your reminder ;-)

Leftovers can be warmed up in the pan. And even the plastic we use to cover it in the microwave is bad, b/c it too is getting heated and the toxins from the plastic are absorbed into your food. My microwave is attached to the wall, so I cannot take it out easily. But next house, I will not put one in the kitchen. When you do not have one, it is a lot easier to not use one.
