Fighting for Peace?
Is peace obtained through fighting?
The moment we start fighting for peace we have already lost it.
Peace is something we work for. Peace is the result of an investment in Justice and order.
Peace is natural. Peace is the norm.
Anytime Humans are busy buying food at the market or seeing a movie, we are co-existing in peace. Peace is everywhere. If, God forbid, we saw people fighting at the supermarket, that would be unusual. When was the last time you saw two people fighting at the DMV to get their license? There is so much diversity at the DMV yet we citizens are patient and wait our turn.
We are ready for a labor based US currency, Labor Notes. A whole new era of co-operation, justice, and peace will flower when states and counties start issuing Labor Notes as paychecks to US citizen- resident workers. Labor Notes are US dollars that are created by citizens working for the benefit for all of us citizens.

Thanks for sharing, i'll have to research "Labor Notes" soon, I have never heard of it.
As far as this statement "The moment we start fighting for peace we have already lost it." I totally agree, there is a Buddha quote that says something to the effect that the minute we start to argue, we stop listening, become subjective and we have already lost sight of the truth.
