About Me/Us:: Hello,
I have two main areas of interest, music and mindfulness. I play silver and Native American flutes, harp and sing. I have two CDs with a New Age-World music feel, and my third CD is singer-songwriter.
I am an R.N. and teach mindfulness based stress relief and do 1:1 counseling based on Hakomi Therapy.I'm working on a series of classes that will be available online and by CD on ways of using mindfulness to live more fully alive, letting go of emotional suffering

I want to sing without words - or chant - and "heal the world" with sound. I have sung to help some Lakota youth grieve the loss of siblings/friends inside of a sweat lodge - I have sung to call the ancestors, and spirits of place. As you see, I consider my voice an instrument of calling... and would love to record with others. I will change the music on my site to reflect more of what I want to be doing soon.
