- Hello everyone, I am David Cook, a yoga writer and a practitioner who is really into yoga with a great missionary zeal to help others get the right combination, clarity, and the inner self through the power of yoga that is mindful movement. I am the one who writes blogs about yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy that are both informative and inspiring—the ones that support people with their spiritual and wellness journeys through.
I take it upon myself to help people get in touch with their breath, advance their practice, and practice mindfulness in daily life. My Yoga philosophy is that it should be everybody’s—accessible, practical and meaningful! It doesn’t matter whether you are just starting or want to go deeper into your journey, I am here to assist you in discovering your inner strength, and peace, and bringing them together as well as outside the mat.
