What law governs the actions of government contractors like Blackwater in Iraq! Bush’s wise guy answer reveals so much about what his Presidency was all about. Order 17 was very instrumental in allowing Blackwater to commit countless war crimes on behalf of the CIA and other government agencies!
When this news conference that took place at john Hopkins University in April of 2006 it became even more clear to me that even more war crimes were being committed then I could ever imagine.
Many people in congress chose to look the other way and chose not to exercise congressional oversight.
