Global economic and environmental systems are crashing due to an extreme lack of ability by political and corporate rule to create equitable balance. Past methods of change will not suffice. The most logical path to regain immediate confidence of the people and investors for prompt and effective recovery is to empower the individual in the direct decision making of how the taxed capital of their labor is used to affect public development, shifting the dynamic of power to the will of the people.
