Today Ron talks about not taking for granted that we have a tomorrow. That we only see each hour once in our lives. How every hour should matter to take action. For we can’t have the Scarlet O’Hara mentality that “Tomorrow is another day” or we might like Rhett Butler “Not give a damn” – For we are given each hour of our lives only once. Ron talks about how each adult actor on Bewitched all died of cancer in their 60s/early 70s -- and Uncle Arthur (Paul Lynde 55) Heart Attack, Elizabeth Montgomery (62), Dick Sargent (64) prostate cancer, Dick York (63) emphysema, Agnes Moorehead (73) uterine cancer.
Ron watched Joel Fuhrman, MD – show on PBS about eating right to avoid cancer, lose weight, diabetes and living a healthy life. We must take advantage of each hour we are given. Carpe Diem Seize the Day.
