"By the time foster child, Lydia Joyner, was 18 years old, she had lived in 35 different homes, had 18 social workers, and had her name changed 4 times. In this emotional episode of Epiphany, Lydia, now an adult, opens up about her traumatic experience navigating the foster care system.

Recently, Lydia a writer and filmmaker, collaborated with Reboot Stories, Columbia University, Orange Duffle Bag Initiative and the Harmony Institute to create, My Sky is Falling, an immersive story driven experience created to highlight the challenges American foster children endure within the foster care system.

Join Simon and Tiffany Crosara on the Sofa for this very special talk on the eve of Tiffanys daughter's anniversary of death and celebration of her spirit life. Tiffany's child Lauren passed over 14 years ago just 4 months after birth. Lauren was born with Edwards Disease and was sent home with Tiffany and her father to die.

What transpired from Tiffany agreeing to talk with me transparently about a mother's grief at losing a child and sharing to the world the story of her daughter Lauren is quite remarkable. Talk about, thoughts become things! Lauren was instrumental in the channelling which came through. This is a very powerful story and one in which I feel will benefit many parents in the world who have lost a child.
