The COW Project performs at the Philadelphia Soul Football Game
on June 14, 2008, members of the teen "Changing Our World (COW) Project, Inc." perform our original anthem for global tolerance, "The Time Has Come" - at halftime of a Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Game (co-owned by NJ's own Jon Bon Jovi!) - at the Wachovia Spectrum arena, to a sold-out crowd! The Soul went on to be the 2008 Arena Bowl Champions! The Time HAS Come!
