Here is what prompted me to create the outrageous, spectacular, game-changing, paradigm-shifting, myth-busting, stellar, provocative, extreme, historic proposal known as the Peace Dividend Project, which refunds $4.82 trillion to U.S. citizens. Yes, it's a gigantic windfall of $$$s to every U.S. citizen, but it was our money to begin with. Now we're just getting it back and in the process reshaping our foreign policy, our participatory democracy, our economy, our ideological underpinnings, our monetary system, and generally the way Washington DC does business.
