Friends of Conservation Plea video 2006

Each year Friends of Conservation puts on an annual ball in Chicago. I work for the organization that runs this as their non-profit. (Abercrombie & Kent). I've donated my time every year since 2005 to build an emotional plea video to heal conservation efforts in the Maasi Mara park and to help the Maasi tribe in their efforts to stop poachers in the Serengeti Park regions. This video deals with how Global Warming is effecting the Mara and what FOC is doing to help not just this region but other regions of the world, through the newly developed A&K Philanthropy. We were able to get into Myanmar when no one else could, because we had offices and transport on the ground that could deliver goods through the back door. So, it felt really good to be able to help people from differing areas by asking people who could afford it, to dig deep with this video and give what they could.

This was the highest grossing even they had ever had, and the video stirred more than a few people to action. :) I composed the music to this one as well.
