Just a Peaceful, ADD "hermit", kind of stuck in an extremely small, ultra-conservative town that doesn't even ALLOW recycling on Main St. Physically challenged but do yoga, and use other alternative medical resources. REALLY hoping to move one day soon to Philly!! Am happily single, 48yrs Young, (at heart, in Soul, NEVER want to "grow up"!), leading a VERY quiet, non-chaotic life for a change!! Am *owned* by a KaT-someone remind me why I was never a "cat person" before? ;)

Watch mostly documentaries, not many movies; but love old classics and musicals!

Television

Don't watch much except some PBS, some news/commentary. I listen to a LOT of radio-primarily Progressive Talk and some NPR-got to allow *some* sanity in around here!!

Music

Spans the spectrum, as long as it's *good* music! (Jazz, Blues, Older Rock, Classical, New Age, Reggae, Folk...) I DO really like Michael Franti as well as Human Revolution right now!

Books

Again, spans the spectrum-lately a LOT of economic/political/ecological-reading Thom Hartmann's books on ADD as well as Naomi Klien's "Shock Doctrine right now.

Heroes

Oh wow...So many, including the *normal* ones-Gandhi, etc. and now including Naomi Klien/Wolf, and Prez Obama
