I think that most people would say that this situation is to be expected when paying your own way through college. You starve for a few years, and the payoff comes later when you're able to get a better job because of your degree.<br />

However, I would also suggest that you don't have to starve your way through college, and I'm not talking about working harder. I'm talking about consciously using the Law of Attraction to manifest more or better money-making opportunities. Watch the movie The Secret. It's a good primer, but what it doesn't say is that in order to put this law to work for you, you have to do daily spiritual practices, such as meditation, affirmative prayer, Qigong or Tai Chi, visualizing what you want, and/or affirmations. I know it is working for me right now.<br />
