The Aviva Community Fund is giving away money to deserving causes, but to get the judges’ attention we first have to get top votes from the community.

Peace it Together is a unique program that offers youth the opportunity to connect deeply with their adversary while co-creating a tangible product that can be shared with the masses. In creating a film
together, the participants must ensure that theirs and the others’
needs are being met while building relationships, understanding, and
creating a product out of teamwork and collaboration. Our intention is
for them to transfer the capacity to co-create films together, to

The $50,000 we're hoping to raise will go along way in helping with:

•Scholarships for youth in situations of financial need to attend our program free of charge.

•The presence of skilled and compassionate facilitators and filmmakers to lead participants though intense dialogue and filmmaking sessions

•Housing and meals for the youths for four weeks

•Local transportation costs.

•Technical assistants for the filmmaking and the post production.

•The creation of 8-10 new collaborative student films which represent tangible examples of what is possible when “enemies” work together toward peace.
