In the context of 'OCCUPY WALL STREET', I  strongly  support the demand that the  STATE be  explicitly held  responsible for  providing  to its citizens  the basics of  life — such as education, healthcare (as is the case in neighboring Canada), shelter and  indiscriminate  opportunity for  getting  jobs.
