Taught methods of non-violence & conflict resolve BEFORE gun-play in the classroom & play ground areas had been BANNED! I was one of the "Thorns in the sides" of my Directors and 4 C's Agency employees/employers! I just simply could not "facilitate" violent play as appropriate socialization skills, nor as "acting-out"!
