- My wife has been diagnosed with several mental health types over many years. She is 62 years of age. In the last 11 years she has spent almost half that time in the psych ward. She is now in a nursing home. I believe now that she has been severely over medicated and treated, which is the reason for her current condition. I have, over the last several months, investigated and discovered we are not alone with these issues. I have had the charge Doctors ween her of the Meds. Every day I see and hear a different type of pattern of positive come back every day. I am so thankful to have come across the many different, but same views and beliefs regarding pharmaceuticals and mental health.
