My goal in life is to have peace in my own life, workplace and within my relationships, children, family , friends.
I work toward this by being in peace myself through meditation and prayer. I believe that peace starts with each individual on the planet and that it WILL HAPPEN.

I am very selective about movies and only watch ones taht i find uplifting, like Shawshank Redemption, As it is in Heaven adn title of that genre

I have not looked at TV for years

Music

Classical, Jazz and a lot of 70s and 80s
Also meditation and relaxing music, good for the soul

Books

All of Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Stuart Wilde, Wayne Dwyer and may others that write on personal growth and spiritual understanding

Heroes

I dont have any heros, I think everyone has the potential to be their own hero
