The Medicaid Twelve
Twelve courageous Georgians were arrested for civil disobedience on March 2, 2015 at the Georgia State Capitol in order to bring awareness to the Medicaid Gap issue.

Rural hopsitals ar closing, Georgians are dying for the lack of Medicaid, because our governor Nathan Deal and the legislature will not accept federal funding for Medicaid Expansion. 1200 Georgians have died in the past year as a result of this stubborn, politically-based bad decision. More hospital closings loom ahead, depriving people of nearby medical care, even in emergency situations.
