Tone Of Voice

It's not so much what you say,
as the manner in which you say it;

Grow by study and art,
But tone leaps from the inner self,
Revealing the state of heart.

Whether you know it or not,
Whether you mean or care,
Gentleness, kindness, love and hate,
Envy, anger are there.

Then, would you quarrels avoid
and peace and love rejoice?
Keep anger not only out of your words,
Keep it out of your voice.

Thank you. I am fine. It is exicitng to wake up to my girls and see who will come out of the canvas and what kind words she will say. I finally picked up the books of Atlantis (the manuel that was gifted to me over 10yrs ago) and turned to a page on Atlantian chants. The sounds Ah Raa Ma was part of a couple of them which is the beginning of my sanskrit name that means I am god. My mother gave me the name. It is suppose to be an opening meditation. In india a women gets her wisdon and ma is added to her last name. I feel that telling you this is right so that's it. I am starting to think it is a meditation but it came from the same place the mandala came from. Love to you.
