Artistic, love nature, people, and have raised two kids (one by myself) and balanced all of the aforementioned. I'm now, more than ever, ready to work for peace and understanding.
Actually I think there have been many Warriors for Peace. I would say Ghandi and Mother Theresa are two that come to mind. When I was going through a vulnerable period in my nursing career someone said"Well I take my warrior self when I work in the ICU.I thought about that for a while, not feeling I had a wrrior self to take to work, and I started visualizing myself as a calm, centered Native American medicine woman before going to work, during my morning meditation, and while driving into work I imagined being this woman, riding into work on horseback.I arrived much stronger and more focused when I got there.I gradually just integrated that part into myself and didn't need the visualization anymore.
There is also a good book"The Path of the Peaceful Warrior", and of course my song"Warriors for Peace"
