Mostly classical nowadays, except while in the car. My Last.fm and Spotify pages...
Those who have reached Enlightened throughout the centuries: David R. Hawkins, Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Huang Po, Bodhidharma, Bassui, Lin-Chi (Rinzai), Joshu, Hakuin, Hui-Neng, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Lao Tzu, Plotinus, Meister Eckhart, St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Anandamayi Ma, Vivekananda, Aurobindo, Ramakrishna.
I can tell you really listened closely to catch those influences in the music ;)
No, I don't have an official cd out yet, but I intend to.
I actually have not studied the work of David Hawkins, but I may have read quotes of his before. I get what you're saying about losing the "me"...I too am drawn to losing it, but am also drawn to not losing it. I'm finding balance in honoring Oneness and Individuality simultaneously...does that make sense?
I appreciate the unique expression of consciousness that you are :)
I use a Melody water filter it very good http://www.ionizers.org/melody.html worth checking out, does not make the water acidic unless that is what you want, it has a setting for several different levels of ph. The salt I use is Himalayan rock salt. If you get the book Water and Salt the Essence of Life, you won't regret it. I have not heard of Mercola. Glad you don't use a microwave, I have not for years either just because I did not like the idea, I have posted a blog on my page which shows what it does to water and then the plant. I have been learning about water for years now, it has so many qualities.
