Contacting CNN about the Big Hug of Jerusalem Event on 6-21-09!
Dear MyPeace.TV Community,
I am convinced, that with a unified effort, we will be able to inspire the leading News channels to share the most inspiring stories of PeaceMaking with the World. We'll be running various campaigns to not only promote The MyPeace.TV initiative, but various events happening all over the World. Moments ago I went to this link to share a News Tip with CNN: http://www.cnn.com/feedback/tips/newstips.html
Below is what I sent them, and I ask each of you to please join me and do the same (there's strength in numbers!). You could write this in your own words, or to make it easy you could copy/paste my short letter to them with your name:

I believe, Yaron, they are not in the media, but they surelly knows how to increase lists of signatures over the net and they would be pleased, I believe, to follow our cause.
Afterall, insuring views and values of the world's people is all about people peacefulling sharing them.
Globalization is the here and now, it came from behind, it aims the future, but it indeed passes eternally by the here and now.

WARS are based on competition, aggression, lies, hate, fear, mistrust, jealousy, thirst-for-POWER.
PEACE is based on cooperation, affection, truth, love, courage, trust, sharing, thirst-for-TOGETHERNESS.
We must NOT fall into the trap of competitiveness. ("OUR Peace-site is bigger than YOUR Peace-site!")
We must collaborate with and encourage ANY group working for Peace.
We must not use the tactics of those who engage in war.
In this way, we will be stronger than them.
In this way, we will win.

This year, Peace is going to hit the headlines! I am giving you this tip-off so that you can be one of the first News services to run this story.
In Jerusalem, on June 21st, many People of many faiths and belief systems will Unite to celebrate life and be a shining example of Peace for the World, The Big Hug of Jerusalem. Here is a short video promoting the event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zkg2BHIDDeU
On October 2nd (Mahatma Gandhi's birthday), an international group will set off from New Zealand on The World March For Peace And Non-Violence, a journey that will take them to 100 countries on every continent besides Antarctica, reaching the foot of Mount Aconcagua in Punta de Vacas, Argentina on January 2nd, 2010.
All along their route - and hundreds of miles OFF their route - hundreds of thousands of people will be joining them in spirit by organising and attending actions for Peace in what will be the largest grass-roots manifestation of public opinion the World has ever witnessed. In fact, The March has already begun, with press conferences (e.g. at the UN), demonstrations in NYC, endorsements from hundreds of celebrities ranging from Nobel Peace Laureate Desmond Tutu through Chilean author Isabel Allende and sports stars to actor Viggo Mortensen, and large or small actions in many countries.
