The commencement date of the 2009 Global Alliance Summit for Ministries and Departments of Peace is quickly approaching and we are very excited to announce the launch of the new summit website!

This year’s summit will be held in Costa Rica from September 17-21, and if you cannot join us here in person, you can still participate and interact virtually through the website’s many features.

Participating in the Summit from home is easy. All you have to do is register on the website: www.gasummit.org. The site is fully functional now, and the live streaming of specific events will begin on September 17th and run through the 21st.

We envision that this website will not only serve to highlight this year’s summit, but will act as a connection point for the worldwide movement for Ministries and Departments of Peace.
