Flow
I could have felt uncomfortable with who I was,
or with a situation I was in.
I knew to wait
to become quiet inside,
to turn within
and listen.....
So what.
Sometimes things don't work out.
Sometimes they just don't feel right,
Sometimes they don't go as planned- and?

Taking tiny steps,
Opening up and letting go,
Taking deep breaths.
Centering the self and letting creation be.
Becoming clearer and not afraid to say "I don't know."
Allowing God in,
Feeling with heart,
and when it is felt,
remember to say
Yes, God,
this is it, I like this.
And when in moments of dislike,
Recognize resistance,
Ask for guidance,
Embrace yourself as you learn
